Could chronic stomach bloating be stomach cancer?

Long-term gastric distension may be caused by gastric cancer or other diseases, such as unreasonable eating, bad emotions, gastrointestinal diseases and other reasons. Most early gastric cancer patients have no obvious symptoms, and a few have nausea, vomiting or upper gastrointestinal symptoms similar to ulcer disease. As the tumor grows, more obvious symptoms appear only when it affects gastric function, such as increased abdominal pain, decreased appetite, weakness, fullness after eating, etc., but all of them lack specificity and are difficult to attract sufficient attention. In addition to stomach cancer, other conditions such as unreasonable eating and poor emotion can also affect the digestive function and lead to long-term gastric distension. In life, we must actively regulate the gastrointestinal tract, correct bad eating habits, avoid overeating, drink less strong alcohol, do not smoke, eat less smoked and pickled food, avoid high salt diet, and have regular medical checkups to make our gastrointestinal tract healthier.
