Hemangioblastoma does not metastasize. Hemangioblastoma is a vascular tumor present in the central nervous system, the nature of the disease is benign and does not metastasize, the disease is mainly associated with the factor of genetic mutation. Genetic mutations cause endothelial cells to become impaired in the process of forming blood vessels, leading to dysfunction, and the endothelial cells proliferate and form tumors. Since hemangioblastoma is present in the blood vessels of the brain, it usually leads to dizziness, headache, vomiting, nausea, motor dysfunction and other symptoms, and can be clinically diagnosed by enhanced MRI. The disease can be cured. Surgical resection is generally used to treat disseminated hemangioblastoma, and radiotherapy programs can be used to treat multiple hemangioblastomas. It is important to note that the disease has a genetic predisposition, and since the cause of the disease is mostly due to genetic defects, it is possible that the genetic defects will be passed on to the next generation.
