Amoxicillin or cephalosporin for sinusitis

Sinusitis is fine regardless of whether oral amoxicillin, or cephalosporin, is taken. Because sinusitis is a non-specific inflammation of the sinuses, usually due to upper respiratory tract infection, causing congestion, edema, and inflammatory exudation of the sinus mucosa, often manifested as nasal congestion, yellow nasal discharge, headache, and a hemolytic streptococcal infection. Cephalosporin and amoxicillin, both of which are good for hemolytic streptococci. Acute sinusitis can be treated with antibiotics, and sinus puncture, which can improve and heal in about half a month. Chronic sinusitis, on the other hand, requires surgical treatment of the sinuses in addition to oral antibiotics, and can now be completely cured by endoscopic radical sinus surgery. Post-operative exercise and avoiding colds is the only way to avoid recurrence.
