Isolation suit and protective clothing in the product characteristics, use of the scene, appearance and materials have certain differences, as follows:
1. Product features: disposable protective clothing belongs to one-way isolation, which can effectively prevent health care workers from being infected; disposable isolation clothing belongs to two-way isolation, which can be used not only to protect patients from infection, but also to avoid infection when the medical staff contact with the patient’s bodily fluids, blood, and other infectious materials.
2. Use scenario:
Disposable Protective Clothing: When contacting patients with Class A or Class A infectious disease management; when contacting patients with infectious diseases (transmitted by air or droplets), they may be splashed by the patient’s body fluids, blood, excretions or secretions when they need to wear disposable protective clothing.
Disposable isolation gowns: disposable isolation gowns are needed when contacting patients infected with multidrug-resistant bacteria and patients with infectious diseases transmitted through contact.
3. Appearance and material: disposable protective clothing should be fitted to cover the inside of the clothes, including the hat, top and pants of the one-piece structure, the face of the hat, cuffs and pants have elastic structure, smooth fabric to prevent fiber shedding, free of washing. Disposable isolation gowns do not have a hood and have an opening in the back to cover clothing and exposed skin.
