Thrombocytopenia should be supplemented reasonably according to the patient’s own situation, there is no such thing as “fastest” food or medicine. If it is caused by the lack of trace elements, you need to supplement the trace elements needed by the human body in time; for aplastic anemia, acute leukemia and other causes of thrombocytopenia need to be reasonable medication.
1. Micronutrient deficiencies: for example, vitamin B₁₂ deficiency, iron deficiency, etc., which can be detected by micronutrient screening, and need to be supplemented with iron and vitamin B₁₂ in time, which can effectively correct thrombocytopenia.
2. Aplastic anemia: aplastic anemia is mainly caused by bone marrow hematopoietic hypoplasia. After diagnosis, infection should be prevented and anemia should be corrected promptly. If no infection occurs and there are no other complications, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can be considered, or immunotherapy, commonly used drugs are cyclosporine, cyclophosphamide and so on.
3. Acute leukemia: it is mainly caused by malignant cloning of hematopoietic stem cells, and when there is bleeding tendency and anemia, it will lead to reduction of platelet count. For severe anemia, it is generally recommended to treat with blood transfusion as soon as possible, and platelet suspension can be transfused. If it belongs to acute leukemia, the body consumption is relatively large, need to timely supplement trace elements, protein, calories, etc., and ensure the water electrolyte balance.
Thrombocytopenia may also have other causes, need to combine the causes of reasonable supplementation, including dietary supplementation, drug supplementation, etc., all of the above medications should be used in accordance with the doctor’s instructions, avoid unauthorized use of drugs.
