What tea is better for qi and blood deficiency

Qi and blood deficiency drink red dates, astragalus and other brewed tea is better.
1. Red jujube, the Chinese medicine name is jujube. Sweet and warm in flavor. Attributes to heart, spleen and stomach meridians. Effects: Tonifying the middle and benefiting qi (treating qi deficiency by tonifying the spleen), calming the mind and nourishing blood. It is used for the treatment of qi deficiency and fatigue, middle qi subsidence (deficiency of spleen and stomach qi, appearing visceral organs falling and other manifestations), internal heat and thirst (internal fever accompanied by symptoms such as eating more, drinking more and urinating more), weak lung qi, blood deficiency and yellowing, surface deficiency and self-sweating (due to the weakness of the muscle surface and frequent natural sweating), and so on.
