What to do if you have sensitive skin with acne

Sensitive skin, i.e. sensitive skin, and acne generally refers to acne. Acne on sensitive skin should be handled with general treatment, medication, and physical therapy.
1. General treatment: For patients with sensitive skin acne, they should avoid abusing or misusing skin care products and avoid various triggering factors, such as sun exposure, eating spicy food, drinking alcohol and so on. Adopt good living habits, ensure regular work and rest, and pay attention to personal hygiene.
2. Medication: Patients can use topical Vitamin A, Adapalene gel, benzoyl peroxide, azelaic acid, fusidic acid cream and other medications, which can improve the symptoms of acne. If the inflammatory reaction is obvious, oral antibiotics, such as doxycycline, can be taken. Severe acne can be combined with oral isotretinoin and other drugs.
3. Physical therapy: Patients can also choose red light therapy, which has the effect of anti-inflammatory and promotes the repair of the skin barrier.
Sensitive skin acne patients should seek medical attention and cooperate with doctors to standardize the use of medication, avoid self-medication.
