What does septic mean?

Sepsis is a type of inflammation, which is caused when there is an invasion of factors that can cause tissue and cell damage, and there are many such factors, such as physical, chemical, biological and others. Inflammation is difficult to subside and exudation occurs, and this exudation is called septicemia when it is predominantly neutrophilic and accompanied by tissue necrosis and pus formation of various lengths. The most common subcutaneous infections are boils and carbuncles, and the causative agent is usually Staphylococcus aureus.
