As a medical procedure of plastic surgery, the effect and safety of autologous fat transplantation is closely related to the condition of hospital equipment and the level of physicians. In order to get a good result, you must go to a regular hospital and find a doctor who is qualified to practice. During the interview, you should communicate with the doctor carefully and fully, express your ideas and requirements clearly, and perform the surgery on the basis of the doctor’s aesthetics and your own requirements, and on the basis of full understanding and trust, in order to achieve perfect results. So, what kind of institution or doctor should I choose? First of all, you should choose a large public hospital or a professional medical beauty place. This is because the equipment of large hospitals, the strength of the relevant departments, the atmosphere within the department, the access to new information, and the level of participation in academic exchanges are all incomparable to those of small hospitals. Of course, it cannot be ruled out that individual doctors also have good strength in small hospitals and clinics, which needs to be carefully identified by the beauty practitioner. For the selection of doctors, I wrote the following points for the reference of beauty seekers. (1) The doctor’s work experience: is the national tertiary hospital, or ordinary medium-sized small hospitals, or smaller beauty clinics. Large hospitals often deal with a variety of difficult and complicated cases, to deal with unexpected situations, so the doctor’s knowledge base and experience may be more abundant. (2) abroad and further training experience: visit and study in internationally renowned medical institutions, or further training and study in large domestic plastic surgery institutions, these experiences may make the doctor have a higher vision and a broader perspective. (3) Education: whether it is a doctorate, master’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or college or even junior college degree. However, education and level may not be exactly proportional, but generally speaking, the longer the study time and the more in-depth the research, the broader the doctor’s vision and knowledge will be. (4) Title: whether it is chief physician, deputy chief physician, attending physician, or resident physician. Generally speaking, the state has strict requirements for the evaluation of titles. A professional doctor who is an attending physician or above must not only be able to perform routine surgery skillfully, but must also be able to solve difficult and complicated cases. Therefore, the chief physician’s experience and medical skills are relatively good. (5) Published academic papers: whether internationally or domestically, how many professional academic papers have been published or how many patents have been invented, which indicates the doctor’s ability to innovate and summarize, and shows that the doctor has a deep understanding of the disease. (6) Patient’s word of mouth: If you have the conditions, it is best to go through objective means or word of mouth of the candidates rather than advertisements: find out the word of mouth or feedback of the patients that the doctor has done. If you have a friend who has had surgery with the doctor, then her comments are certainly more important.
