Causes of cough after lung nodule surgery

Some patients will have cough after surgery for pulmonary nodules. There are more reasons for coughing, and the details are as follows: 1. There is trachea in the lung, and if the lung lobes and trachea are wedge-shaped resection, that is, when local resection is performed, the alveoli are residual surfaces, and this residual surface takes some time to repair; 2. There is some inflammation after surgery, including airway and inflammation affecting the lung; 3. There is some impact on the respiratory tract after surgical anesthesia; 4. If the patient has a tumor, the tumor has to be removed by ice during surgery to clear the lymph nodes below the throat, and the cough will be aggravated after clearing with ultrasound knife. Its relationship with ultrasound energy causing stimulation to the tracheal membrane and stimulation to local tissues also exists, so different analysis should be made according to different situations.
