There is no basis for the claim that XuanShen is the best combination. XuanShen is often used together with CangJu, MudanPi, BanLanGen, and so on.

It is suitable for those who are weak in middle qi, whose lower energy is not solid (deficiency of kidney qi leads to spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation, and urination, etc.), and whose urinary dribbling is not different from that of turbid urine (the urine is turbid as rice soup or slippery as grease, with urinary frequency and urgency, and discomfort from abdominal traction).
2. Radix Panax Ginseng with Mudan Pi: It can clear heat and cool blood (relieve blood heat by clearing heat), activate blood circulation and resolve spots, and is suitable for epistaxis (vomiting blood, nosebleed) and hair spots in warm-heat disease where blood heat is excessive (the heat evil leads to the blood going out abnormally).
3. Radix Panax Ginseng with Panax Quinquefolium: it can strengthen the effects of detoxification, detoxification, dispersal of lumps and has the effect of nourishing yin and reducing fire (nourishing yin essence and lowering the fire), and it is suitable for sore throat caused by deficiency fire or actual fire.
Xuan Shen is contraindicated with anti-veratrum. Precautions Dampness in the spleen and stomach and loose stools (thin and unformed feces) in spleen deficiency are contraindicated. Adverse effects are not known.
