The slightly gross gallbladder wall indicates a certain inflammation of the gallbladder, the causes of which include gallbladder stones, aseptic cholecystitis and malignant lesions of the gallbladder, which require appropriate treatment according to the condition. If malignancy of the gallbladder is considered, surgery is definitely the treatment of choice, and the specific procedure will be determined according to the intraoperative freezing situation. If gallbladder stones are considered to be the cause, minimally invasive lumpectomy cholecystectomy is usually performed. In case of simple aseptic cholecystitis, especially after some major surgery or if the patient has been in ICU for too long, cholecystitis can generally be remitted after the condition has improved. In the case of gallbladder polyps and adenomyosis causing gross gallbladder wall, surgery may be an option if necessary depending on the situation.
