The efficacy of Poria is to diuretic and seepage of dampness, strengthen the spleen, and tranquilize the heart and tranquilize the mind. It is suitable for edema, diarrhea due to spleen deficiency, water retention in the chest and ribs, dizziness, palpitation and insomnia. The adverse reactions and contraindications of Poria are not clear.
