For treatment of scabies, topical sulfur ointment, sulfur lotion, or clomid cream can be used. For large nodules topical glucocorticoid ointments such as hydrocortisone butyrate ointment, dinaide ointment, mometasone furoate cream, fluticasone propionate cream or halometasone ointment, etc. can be used. In addition, patients with scabies need to do washing every other day to wash off the residual drug residue as well as the dander.
