2. Intense itching at night.
3. Scabies nodules are seen in male vulva.
4. The same manifestation is seen in close contact groups.
Treatment
1.Close contacts must be treated or isolated at the same time.
2.Internal antihistamines and topical corticosteroid preparations for scabies nodules.
3.Apply topical anti-scabies cream or sulfur cream to all skin below the neck.
4.Once a day, one box at a time, for five days.
5.During the five days, do not bathe and do not change bed sheets, covers and underwear.
After five days, take a bath, change the sheets, covers and underwear, and use boiling water to scald the changed clothes first.
Precautions.
1.Isolation
Scabies is more contagious, and it is easy to infect each other within family members, group dormitories, etc., so proper isolation is necessary.
2.Disinfection
If the insects or eggs attached to clothing, sheets, etc. are not thoroughly disinfected, even if the rash on the body is treated, it will be infected again, leading to the futility of the previous treatment, and all things attached to the body are disinfected by boiling and sunlight exposure as much as possible to kill the scabies mite.
3.Use of medicine
At present, the most commonly used than sulfur ointment and forest single cream, the use of the two is similar. The method is: after bathing the ointment is applied, except for the head and face, the neck down to be coated with the medicine, even for three days, the three days do not bathe, do not change clothes, three days after bathing and changing the clothing sheets that have been thoroughly disinfected. If there is a new rash after one to two weeks, it needs to be retreated from the beginning. (Note: Sulfur ointment is generally used at 10% for adults and 5% for children).
