My general usage: Sulfur cream twice a day for 3 days, from the neck down to the toes. 3 days no bathing and no changing of clothes and skin. 3 days later bathing and changing of clothes and skin and then continue for a total of 3 3 days and 9 days. 9 days later chloramphenicol cream mixed with Eudragitol is applied topically to the scrotal nodules. Everyone in the family was treated together. Clothes and bed sheets and covers needed to be boiled every time. After 2 weeks to 1 month after stopping the medication if there is no recurrence it is fine. Emphasis is placed on smearing the whole body, no bathing for 3 days, treating the whole family together and disinfecting thoroughly. If the child is small you need to dilute a bottle of sulfur cream with 1 Euthyrox. Especially small children may also need topical medication for the head and face but not more.
