4. Diabetic nephropathy: mainly due to poor control of diabetes, resulting in damage to kidney structure and function. Early patients often have no obvious symptoms, after the progress of the disease can appear edema, foamy urine, body weakness, night urination, palpitations and other symptoms, so there will be frequent urination at night.
