Precursors of wheals

Macroglossia is an acute inflammation caused by bacterial infection, so the precursor to this disease is the appearance of localized acute inflammatory manifestations of the eyelid, including eyelid edema, conjunctival edema, and localized pressure pain. As the disease progresses further, subconjunctival or subcutaneous pus spots and pustules may also appear, all of which are early manifestations of mydriasis. For this stage of mydriasis, topical anti-infection treatment is still recommended, choosing sensitive antibiotic medications, including levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops, tobramycin eye drops and erythromycin eye ointment. The method of use can be to use the drops to dab the eyes 4-6 times during the day and apply erythromycin eye ointment once before going to bed, which will allow the eyes to maintain an effective drug concentration for 24 hours, thus providing a good anti-inflammatory effect.
