How to treat polyclonal myeloma

The treatment of multiple myeloma depends on the type, including smoldering myeloma, isolated plasma cell tumor, plasma cell leukemia, and symptomatic myeloma, which have different treatment options.
1. Smoldering myeloma: It is recommended to observe the changes of the disease dynamically and evaluate the disease regularly.
2. Isolated plasma cell tumor (skeletal or extraskeletal): local radiotherapy or surgical resection is recommended.
3. Plasma cell leukemia: there is no standard treatment plan for the time being, multi-drug combination chemotherapy is recommended.
4. Symptomatic myeloma: This includes initial treatment, treatment to prevent bone events, and other supportive symptomatic treatments.
All of the above treatment plans need to be carried out under the guidance of professional doctors. If patients are diagnosed with multiple myeloma, it is recommended to consult doctors in time, standardize the treatment, and avoid using medication alone to avoid delaying the condition.
