It is contraindicated in cases of yin deficiency and hyperactivity (deficiency of yin fluid and hyperactivity of yang qi). Zhen Wu Tang has the efficacy of warming yang and benefiting water (replenishing yang qi in the body and promoting the circulation of water), and is often used in the treatment of coldness, cold limbs, palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), dizziness, unsteadiness, swelling of the limbs, difficulty in urinating, as well as abdominal pain, diarrhea, coughing and shortness of breath, etc., which are caused by yang deficiency and hyperactivity (deficiency of yin and hyperactivity of yin). Not recommended for pregnant women.
