The postoperative rehabilitation training of rotator cuff injury is divided into three stages, and different stages of the cycle can carry out shoulder pendulum movement, shoulder joint anterior flexion, muscle strength training and other exercise methods. 1. Stage 1: from 0 to 6 weeks after rotator cuff injury, with the help of the rehabilitation therapist, shoulder joint pendulum movement, forward flexion, internal rotation, external rotation and other exercises can be carried out. 2. Stage 2: It refers to 7 to 12 weeks after the operation of rotator cuff injury, and can carry out shoulder joint forward flexion, internal rotation, external rotation, abduction training and posture training. After the exercise, the periapical region should be massaged and the local muscles should be relaxed. 3. Stage 3: After 12 weeks after the operation of rotator cuff injury, muscle strength training, such as shoulder flexion, internal rotation, external rotation, abduction impedance training, etc., can be carried out to exercise the muscle groups around the shoulder joint. Surgically treated patients gradually start exercising 1 to 3 weeks after surgery, and conservatively treated patients exercise after the inflammatory response is reduced and the shoulder is immobilized for 3 to 4 weeks. It is recommended that patients exercise properly under the guidance of the rehabilitation therapist and pay attention to the intensity and amplitude of daily exercise to avoid secondary rotator cuff injury.
