Causes of acne on forehead temples

Acne is also known as acne, and the appearance of acne on forehead temples may be caused by incomplete facial cleansing, irregular lifestyle, abnormal androgen levels, and propagation and growth of Propionibacterium acnes.
1. Incomplete facial cleansing: When patients do not pay attention to facial cleansing, the abnormal keratinization of the surrounding cells may lead to narrowing and blockage of the follicle orifices, resulting in sebum not being able to be discharged normally, which may accumulate in the follicle orifices and thus form acne.
2. Irregular lifestyle: When patients stay up late for a long time, do not get enough sleep, or eat sweets for a long time, or eat a lot of spicy and stimulating foods, it may lead to increased oil secretion, resulting in acne on the forehead and temples.
3. Abnormal androgen levels: People in puberty may experience increased levels of androgens in their bodies, resulting in enlarged sebaceous glands and increased oil secretion, which can lead to the formation of acne.
4. Propionibacterium acnes reproduction: Propionibacterium acnes generally exists in the hair follicles and sebaceous glands of the skin. Increased secretion of facial oil and fatty acid composition of the oil is conducive to the growth and reproduction of Propionibacterium acnes, which leads to acne attacks on the forehead and temples.
It is recommended that patients seek timely medical examination to clarify the cause of the disease and then follow the doctor’s instructions for targeted treatment, in life to develop a good routine, pay attention to facial care, and so on.
