Can you eat eggs with thyroid nodules?

It is possible to eat eggs with thyroid nodules. Thyroid nodules include benign nodules and malignant nodules. Benign nodules are mainly thyroid adenomas and nodular goiter. Thyroid adenomas are mainly caused by abnormal growth of the gland; nodular goiter may be related to insufficient iodine intake or excessive iodine intake, but I have not heard of any relationship with eating eggs because eggs mainly contain protein and cholesterol, which have no direct correlation with the formation of thyroid nodules. Thyroid nodules should be examined by ultrasound in the hospital, and if the ultrasound suspects that the thyroid nodules are malignant, surgery will be required. Surgery is also recommended for benign nodules that are large and have pressure symptoms.
