Urine micro-protein 400mg/L, 24-hour urine protein quantitative 0.325g usually indicates that the urine protein positive, need to identify the cause of the disease, for the cause of treatment. 2. Pathologic causes:

Sartans or prilosec may be preferred, such as irbesartan, captopril, etc. Glucocorticosteroids such as prednisone and other immunosuppressants need to be applied for treatment when necessary.
(2) Urinary tract infection: inflammatory exudation can lead to positive urine protein. Anti-infection treatment such as levofloxacin and cefuroxime can be applied.
(3) Urinary stones: due to the presence of stones in the urinary system, resulting in damage to the surrounding tissues, which can cause positive urine protein, can be applied to the stone pellets, if necessary, surgical treatment.
