Is a dense dotted echogenicity a cochlear implant?

It is not certain that dense dotted echogenicity is a coeliac. Because ultrasound images of chocolate cysts show round or oval cysts, often surrounded by adhesions to the uterus, thick and rough cyst walls, small flocculent dots inside the cyst, and some images also show dense dotted echogenicity. However, the echogenic image of this cyst is not specific, so it is not possible to determine a chocolate cyst by ultrasound alone. For example, the dense dotted echo may also be imaging of ovarian teratoma, ovarian inflammatory masses, plasmacytotic and mucinous ovarian tumors, etc. This image may be presented, so this image is not specific. The diagnosis of chocolate cyst must be combined with clinical symptoms, such as the presence of dysmenorrhea, serum CA125 status, etc. The final diagnosis must be based on pathological examination.
