Pulsatilla is not recommended to be combined with M cholinergic receptor agonists such as acetylcholine and adrenergic receptor blockers. Combining with M-choline receptor agonists such as acetylcholine can lead to an excessive decrease in heart rate. Combining with adrenergic receptor blocking drugs will induce heart failure in large doses over a long period of time. Pu huang has the efficacy of stopping bleeding and resolving stasis (removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding), and diuretic. It is used for treating hematemesis, epistaxis (nosebleed), hemoptysis, metrorrhagia (excessive menstrual flow or dribbling), traumatic bleeding, menstrual closure, dysmenorrhea, stabbing pain in the chest and abdomen, swelling and pain in the lower abdomen, and hemorrhagic and astringent pain (the appearance of blood in the urine accompanied by a painful sensation). Pregnant women should not take Pu Huang. When using Pu huang, it should be selected under the guidance of a doctor according to the condition, do not self-medication, in order to avoid the occurrence of related adverse reactions.
