Why do I feel a heartbeat in my stomach in early pregnancy?

Early pregnancy is generally defined as the period before the 12th week of pregnancy. In early pregnancy, the enlarged uterus is located within the pelvic cavity and the pregnant woman cannot feel the fetal activity in the uterine cavity or the fetal heartbeat. When a heartbeat-like sensation occurs on the pregnant woman’s belly, the pregnant woman should feel her abdominal aortic pulse. Of course, this phenomenon usually occurs in pregnant women with a thin body type, most of them are normal physiological phenomena and do not need to worry too much. Some women, who can feel similar heartbeat symptoms in early pregnancy, may be suffering from hyperthyroidism, which is usually accompanied by panic attacks, excessive sweating and weight loss.
