Difference between migraine and neurologic headaches

Migraine and neurologic headache are different in terms of etiology and clinical manifestations.
1. Different etiology. The cause of migraine may be related to genetic factors, endocrine metabolic disorders and other factors, 60% of migraine has a family history. Neurogenic headache may be closely related to emotional tension, anger and other mental factors.
2. Different clinical manifestations. Migraine is characterized by recurrent throbbing headache in one or both temporal regions, sometimes accompanied by visual and sensory abnormalities, or nausea, vomiting and other discomforts. Neurogenic headache manifests as persistent dull headache, abnormal pressure and other discomforts. The nature of the headache is dull pain, swelling, numbness, tension.
