Wheezing is clinically more common due to dyspnea. The most common causes of this symptom are wheezing bronchitis, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis from various causes, severe lung infections, and idiopathic interstitial lung fibrosis. As the mucosa of the respiratory tract is stimulated by the inflammatory response, there is obvious congestion and edema, as well as a large amount of inflammatory secretions exuding, and even a lot of sputum plugs forming in the airway, blocking the airway; it can be accompanied by contraction and spasm of the bronchial smooth muscle, causing further obstruction of the airway, resulting in poor breathing, and even causing hypoxia, leading to dyspnea and wheezing symptoms. In this case, we should test the blood routine, take a CT of both lungs to check the lung function, and even check the allergens to clarify the above possible causes and treat them early.
