Symptoms of grey-turner’s sign

The grey-turner sign is an important sign in patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis. It is manifested by the presence of large, irregular blue-green-brown petechiae on the skin of the patient’s lower back, either bilaterally or unilaterally. The appearance of the grey-turner sign is often clinically correlated with the occurrence of severe pancreatitis and serious complications, and is considered to be a sign of poor prognosis. Therefore, if a patient develops the above condition, he or she needs to go to the hospital promptly and improve the examination under the guidance of the doctor to identify the cause and follow the medical advice for treatment.
