It is possible to get bowel cancer after two years if you had a completely normal colonoscopy two years ago.
The time from benign lesion to bowel cancer can be as long as three to five years in some patients, while in others it may only take a few months. It is recommended that patients with a family history of bowel cancer and familial bowel polyposis should have a colonoscopy once every six months or so. If the patient does not have a family history of bowel cancer, it is recommended to have a colonoscopy at one year intervals.
It is suggested that patients should not have too much psychological pressure, and do colonoscopy regularly to exclude the possibility of intestinal cancer, and it is suggested that immunological examination can be done. Relax your mood, avoid overworking and staying up late, don’t eat spicy and stimulating food, eat soft and easy-to-digest food, and keep a good psychological state and enough sleep.
