Blocked fallopian tube is a common disease in clinical practice and its main effect is to cause infertility in women. Clinical statistics show that infertility caused by blocked fallopian tubes accounts for more than 30% of female infertility. The common causes of tubal blockage are infection, long-term inflammatory stimulation of the fallopian tubes (such as pelvic inflammatory disease) leading to tubal occlusion due to damage and adhesions. The main causes of tubal occlusion are genital infection, damage to the fallopian tubes due to long-term inflammation (pelvic inflammatory disease) and adhesions. If the blockage is mild, tubal lavage treatment can be done within 3-7 days after menstruation. After lavage, anti-inflammatory treatment and microwave treatment can generally achieve better treatment results; if the blockage is more serious, laparoscopic lavage or partial removal and reanastomosis of the fallopian tubes is needed. If the blockage is serious, laparoscopic lavage or partial tubal resection and anastomosis is needed. It is recommended that women should pay attention to personal hygiene, wash their lower body with warm water, wear cotton, loose and breathable underwear, and put them in the vent to dry after washing; eat less spicy and stimulating food, pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene during sex, wear condoms to avoid cross infection and miscarriage due to unwanted pregnancy, etc.
