Cost of tubal blockage examination

The common methods to check tubal blockage for women of reproductive age are tubal imaging, tubal lysis, tubal guide wire, etc. The charges are different for different examination methods, and the costs are about 1500, 500 and 5000 RMB respectively. In the case of tubal lumpectomy, it includes gynecological ultrasound, routine blood test, blood type, five items of hepatitis B, syphilis, AIDS, etc., before the test, and intraoperative contrast agent and operation fee are also needed; in the case of tubal lumpectomy, the cost of simple operation is about 150 RMB, and the rest of the cost includes preoperative auxiliary examination and intraoperative medication. If a guide wire is used under the hysteroscope to check the tubal patency, then the cost is usually around 5000 RMB, and the guide wire can be used for both examination and treatment. The preoperative examination items may also vary slightly from hospital to hospital. When doing a tubal patency test, it is usually done within 3-7 days after menstruation because during this period, the endometrium and tubal lining are less affected by hormones, which makes it easy for the contrast agent or guidewire to pass through and reduces the incidence of surgical complications. If the fallopian tubes are patent, the patient will not be in pain during the examination. If the fallopian tubes are blocked and not patent, the woman will experience lower abdominal pain during the examination. Nowadays, some women have infertility and most of them have blocked fallopian tubes. When having a blocked fallopian tube test, the fees vary depending on the test method and different hospitals.
