Glioma grade 1-2 is benign or malignant

Gliomas grade 1-2 are on the benign side. Gliomas are intracranial tumors that originate in glial cells and can cause headaches, nausea, vomiting, seizures, and blurred vision. Not all gliomas are malignant. Gliomas are classified into four grades by the World Health Organization, with grades 1 and 2 being benign and low-grade gliomas, and grades 3 and 4 being malignant and high-grade gliomas. Currently, surgery is the main treatment for gliomas, and high-grade gliomas may require radiotherapy, biotherapy and other means in addition to surgical resection. It is recommended that patients go to regular hospitals to receive standardized treatment.
