Viral eczema is a condition in which the underlying eczema is accompanied by a secondary viral infection, mainly due to eczema vesicles and oozing resulting in a break in the skin surface and causing a viral infection. In terms of treatment, anti-allergic treatment together with anti-viral treatment is required. Oral Orotadine Hydrochloride tablets combined with compound glycopyrrolate capsules can be used for anti-allergic treatment. At the same time, oral administration of vaxilovir hydrochloride granules or famciclovir tablets is required. Topical medications can be applied to small clustered blisters with acyclovir ointment or ganciclovir ointment. For other eczematous rashes, topical zinc oxide ointment with boric acid or fusidic acid cream can be applied to the vesicles and oozing areas.
