Once the diagnosis of viral eczema is established, antiviral treatment should be given as soon as possible. In severe cases, acyclovir can be given intravenously, and in relatively mild cases, acyclovir or its derivatives such as valacyclovir and famciclovir can be given orally, as well as sulfonamide or antibiotic preparations to control bacterial infections, and in severe cases, gammaglobulin can be given. Symptomatic treatment of the primary disease should also be actively supported. The primary disease can be treated according to the treatment of the primary disease, and the eczema system can be treated with glucocorticoids. Topical treatment is based on anti-inflammatory, astringent and antibacterial treatment to prevent mixed infections and should be individualized.
