In the case of the acute disseminated form, the damage is more extensive and is mainly skin damage. There are small, translucent papules. It often occurs on the head, as well as behind the ears, in the armpits, on the pubic area and on the trunk. The mucous membranes are accompanied by erosive ulcers, but also by onychomycosis, splenomegaly is uncommon. In the chronic form of the disease, the predominant form is uroborreliosis, with bulging eyes and damage to the bones, preferably in the skull, and some with a map-like appearance. In the case of the chronic limited form, it is more common to see mainly the granulomatous species of bone, which are benign in comparison. It also occurs in the skull, ribs, spine, and so on.
