What is the transparent vascular type examination method?

It is characterized by significant enlargement of deep or superficial lymph nodes, and some cases may be associated with systemic symptoms and/or multisystem damage. What is the test for hyaline vascular type? In general, a biopsy of the enlarged lymph nodes is often required to confirm the diagnosis. Lymph node puncture is one of the biopsy methods. The steps of lymph node puncture are divided into the following: 1. Lymph node puncture: obtaining the aspirate to produce a smear cytology or pathogenic test can assist in the diagnosis of diseases that lead to enlarged lymph nodes, such as infections (bacterial, viral, fungal, worm), tuberculosis and leukemia, lymphoma, malignant group, metastatic cancer, etc. 2. Operation steps: Select the enlarged lymph nodes suitable for puncture → routinely disinfect the skin and the operator’s fingers → fix the lymph nodes with the left index finger and the thumb → use a dry syringe with an 18-19 gauge needle in the right hand to puncture into the lymph nodes along the long axis of the lymph nodes → pluck the needle while suctioning vigorously → remove the syringe and inflate it before suctioning the blood from the needle and spraying it onto the smear to make a uniform slide for staining and microscopic examination → cover with sterile gauze and fix it with adhesive tape after the operation. After the operation, cover with sterile gauze and fix with adhesive tape. 3. Precautions: ①It is better to puncture in front of the iliac region to avoid excessive lipids, which may affect the smear. ②If the aspirate is not extracted, the needle can be punctured continuously in different directions. ③Carefully select larger lymph nodes and keep them away from large blood vessels. ④Pay attention to the nature of the aspirate before smear. The clinical manifestations of hyaline vascular type are not specific. Any person with obvious enlargement of lymph nodes with or without systemic symptoms should think of the possibility of CD, and the lymph node biopsy should be diagnosed only when the above-mentioned typical pathological changes of CD are obtained, that is, the diagnosis of CD must be confirmed with pathological arguments, and then a typological diagnosis should be made according to clinical manifestations and pathology. Various possible related diseases should also be excluded before diagnosis is made.
