What is the cause of headaches and watery eyes?

Headache and watery eyes may be caused by cluster headache. The disease is a primary neurovascular headache, the main cause of which is not known, and occurs mostly in young adults. Most of the headaches are located in the deep part of one eye, orbit, or around the eye, but also in the frontal and temporal areas, and in some patients, they can radiate to the cheek, nose, and even to the gums and teeth. The duration of the headache varies from 15 to 180 minutes and may stop suddenly or may resolve slowly. The headache may be accompanied by conjunctival congestion, tearing, nasal congestion and nasal discharge, nausea and vomiting, and photophobia and phonophobia in most patients.
