Flocculation in the eye may be conjunctivitis, or it may be due to uveitis, a small amount of vitreous hemorrhage. 1. Uveitis: The cause of uveitis is inflammation of the iris and ciliary body, which is an immune system disease. Clinical symptoms include redness of the eyes, loss of vision, and pain. It is accompanied by postcorneal deposits, inflammatory reaction in the anterior chamber, and anterior lens pigmentation. There may be adhesions, pupil irregularity, manifested as flocculation in the eye. 3. Small amount of vitreous hemorrhage: If the eye is traumatized, retinopathy and other diseases, a small amount of hemorrhage may be due to coagulation of blood clots, which may be lighter in color and may not appear red, manifesting as a flocculent in the eye.
