Causes of sleep snoring in young women

Young women’s sleep snoring may be caused by factors such as too high pillow, excessive obesity, nasopharyngeal diseases and so on. 1. Excessive pillow: young women sleep with too high pillow or improper posture at night, which leads to pressure on the throat cavity and obstruction of airway, and then snoring symptoms will easily appear. 2. Excessive obesity: young women’s body is overweight, so that the neck fat is more, and the narrowing of the airway is easy to occur during sleep, which can lead to snoring. 3. Nasopharyngeal diseases: for example, nasal polyps, chronic rhinitis, deviated nasal septum and so on, due to poor ventilation during sleep, snoring symptoms will occur.
