Patients with cerebral infarction do not always need to take aspirin. Clinically, cerebral infarction includes cerebral infarction caused by dislodged emboli of arterial origin, also includes cerebral infarction caused by dislodged emboli of cardiac origin, and also includes cerebral infarction caused by atherosclerotic cerebral vessels. For cerebral infarction caused by atherosclerotic cerebral vessels, oral anti-platelet aggregation drugs are recommended for prevention, commonly used are aspirin, and if the gastrointestinal side effects of aspirin are relatively large, oral clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate can also be used for anti-platelet aggregation treatment. If the cerebral infarction is caused by cardiogenic embolism, atrial fibrillation or heart valve disease is considered, anticoagulation therapy should be given when necessary, and the commonly used drugs for anticoagulation therapy are warfarin or rivaroxaban, and regular monitoring of coagulation index is required for taking warfarin, so patients with cerebral infarction should choose preventive drugs according to the different causes of cerebral infarction.
