How to tell the difference between real and imaginary evidence of a disease

The deficiency of the disease can be distinguished by the course of the disease, spirit, voice, pain, fever, chills (fear of cold), tongue, pulse, and so on. Clinicians should be consulted for the differentiation of deficiency and solidity of the disease, and should not delay the diagnosis on their own. 1. Duration of the disease: the duration of the disease is often long for the false evidence and short for the solid evidence. 2. Spirit: the false evidence of mental depression, the real evidence of mental excitement. 3. Sound and breath: the sound and breath of the deficiency evidence is low and faint, while the sound and breath of the solid evidence is high and thick. 4. Pain: the pain of deficiency evidence likes to be pressed, while the pain of solid evidence refuses to be pressed. 5. Fever: in the deficiency syndrome, the fever is five heart heat (two hearts and two feet heart heat, and consciously heart and chest heat (irritability and stuffiness)), and slightly hot in the afternoon, while in the solid syndrome, the fever is steamy and strong heat (self-consciousness and heat). 6. Cold: Cold in the deficiency syndrome is fearful of cold, and it is reduced when it is clothed near the fire (increased clothing and warm objects such as fire), and it is not reduced when it is clothed near the fire in the solid syndrome. 7. Tongue: the tongue is tender with little or no moss in the deficiency syndrome and old with thick moss in the solid syndrome. 8. Pulse: the pulse is weak in deficiency cases and strong in solid cases. The identification of the evidence of deficiency should consult the clinician, do not delay the diagnosis.
