Sarcomas growing in the anus should be treated by choosing the appropriate treatment for the cause. Hemorrhoids, perianal abscesses, anal papillomas and rectal lesions can cause this symptom, the most common cause being hemorrhoids. If it is a perianal abscess, it needs to be treated by surgical incision and drainage. The abscess is cut open surgically to release the pus inside, then sufficient anti-inflammation is performed, followed by ligation and suturing. If the sarcoma is a prolapsed anal papilloma, the papilloma can be surgically removed for insurance purposes.
