Treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)

1, CINI 60%-85% CINI will naturally regress, if the lesion develops or persists for 2 years in the follow-up, treatment should be carried out. Treatment methods include freezing and laser. 2.About 20% of CINII and CINIII will develop into carcinoma in situ, and 5% will develop into invasive carcinoma. Therefore, treatment is needed. The better method is Loop Electric Excision of the Cervix (LEEP), confirmed by cervical conization, and total hysterectomy is also feasible for CINIII with older age and no reproductive requirements.
