Is a weak spleen and stomach the same as a cold spleen and stomach?

Spleen and stomach weakness is not the same as spleen and stomach deficiency (spleen and stomach weakness and cold). Weakness of the spleen and stomach is a deficiency evidence, and deficiency cold of the spleen and stomach has a cold manifestation on top of the weakness of the spleen and stomach. Spleen and Stomach Weakness is generally a deficiency syndrome, caused by the reduced function of the Spleen and Stomach in transportation and absorption. Weakness of the spleen and stomach can be manifested as loss of appetite, lingering abdominal pain (persistent mild abdominal pain), a preference for warmth and pressure, a yellowish complexion (yellowish color without luster), and emaciation. Spleen and stomach deficiency cold is caused by the reduced function of the spleen and stomach in transporting, transforming and absorbing, accompanied by the internalization of yin and cold. Cold deficiency of the spleen and stomach can be manifested in symptoms such as low food intake (no appetite, reduced food intake), loose stools or undigested food in the stools, cold pain in the abdomen relieved by warmth, pale mouth, no thirst, and lack of warmth in the limbs. When the symptoms of spleen and stomach weakness or spleen and stomach cold symptoms appear, the patient should consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment in time, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
