Does the location of the syringomyelia foreign body sensation change?

The location of the foreign body sensation in Mei Duo Qi (similar to pharyngeal dysphagia) does not usually change. The location of Mei nuclear qi is mainly in the pharynx, where the foreign body sensation of not being able to swallow is also centered, and it is related to phlegm knotting and liver depression, without the characteristic of traveling or moving. Plum nucleus qi is the name of a disease in Chinese medicine, in which the patient has an obvious foreign body sensation in the throat, like a plum nucleus obstruction, which cannot be swallowed or coughed up, while there is no foreign body or solid obstruction on examination. The formation of plum nucleus qi is mainly associated with liver qi depression, phlegm dampness obstruction and other factors, and is more common in women. Although Mei nuclear qi is related to qi depression, it does not have the characteristic of going or moving, and the pathological location is always in the throat. Instead, it has the characteristic of movement of the pathologic location, and has similarities with Plum Pocket Qi, which may be Pengyu Qi (there is gas rushing upward from the lower abdomen to the chest and throat, like a piglet rushing across the body), and the patient consciously feels that a stream of gas rushes backward from the bottom to the top, which may result in the lower part of the heart or the chest, and attention should be paid to differentiate it. When the patient discovers an abnormal sensation, he/she can give a truthful oral statement to the receiving doctor for proper treatment.
