Dizziness in girls may be caused by Meniere’s disease, low blood pressure, anemia and other diseases, which can be treated with general, medication, surgery and other methods.
1. Ménière’s disease: an idiopathic membrane labyrinthine hydrocele inner ear disease, the main clinical manifestation of repeated episodes of rotational vertigo, often accompanied by hearing loss, tinnitus and other symptoms.
During the onset of the disease, patients should rest in bed and use diazepam, phenylephrine, scopolamine, etc., as prescribed by the doctor to alleviate discomfort. For those who are ineffective in long-term conservative treatment, surgical treatments such as endolymphatic sac surgery and vestibular nerve amputation can be considered.
2. Hypotension: Physiological hypotension usually has no obvious symptoms, while patients with pathologic hypotension often have symptoms such as fatigue, weakness and dizziness. For those who are weak, nutrition should be strengthened and exercise should be carried out appropriately; for low blood pressure caused by diseases, the use of fludrocortisone and Midodrine to raise blood pressure should be prescribed by doctors.
3. Anemia: the most common systemic symptom is fatigue, in addition, there will be pale skin and mucous membranes, shortness of breath and other phenomena, and may be accompanied by dizziness, headache, memory loss and other manifestations. The doctor’s advice can be supplemented with hematopoietic substances, such as vitamin B12, folic acid, ferrous fumarate, etc., and if necessary, blood transfusion treatment can be taken.
In addition, there are other reasons that can cause dizziness in girls, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to find out the cause of the disease and receive treatment as soon as possible.
