The initial symptom of hemorrhoids is occasional blood in the stool, especially after a diet of spicy, irritating foods, often without pain yet. However, as you live longer, the frequency may become more intensive, often with blood in the stool or even a prolapsed nucleus hemorrhoid, requiring treatment in a hospital. These symptoms are all early signs of hemorrhoids, and with a good treatment plan and lifestyle changes, hemorrhoids can be completely relieved. Pain and bleeding can be present, but internal hemorrhoids are dominated by painless bleeding, and pain is mostly caused by external hemorrhoids with inflammation or blood clots.
