How to read a sperm quality test report card

Sperm quality examination report mainly includes semen volume and color, semen liquefaction time, sperm count, activity rate and so on. 1. Semen volume and color: Normal male semen volume is 2~6mL, normally milky white or off-white. 2. Semen liquefaction time: normal semen liquefaction is within 30 minutes, if it is greater than 60 minutes and still not liquefied, it is called semen not liquefied. 3. Sperm count: normal male sperm count is ≥20 million/mL, oligospermia sperm count is less than 20 million/mL. 4. Sperm motility: the proportion of normal men with A-grade sperm count is ≥25%, and the proportion of A-grade plus B-grade sperm count is ≥50%.
